EmpowerFrame QuickBuilds

Small workflow. Meaningful improvement.

Practical automation for one task that keeps slowing you down. For small businesses in Cumming, Forsyth County, Alpharetta, and beyond. Start with a free Scope & Outcome Preview, then decide whether to proceed.

A focused starting point, with scope agreed first.

One repetitive task, manual handoff, or missed follow-up is getting in the way. The problem is clear enough to scope without a broader discovery engagement.

  • Essential

    $295–$495

One straightforward task with a clear source and outcome.

  • Plus

    $595–$995

One focused workflow with additional steps, routing, or a simple connection.

  • Custom

    From $1,250

A bounded workflow that needs more tailored logic or integration.

Essential $295–$495; Plus $595–$995; Custom from $1,250. Your free Scope & Outcome Preview confirms a fixed price, scope, and timing for approval before payment.

See the scope before you commit.

  1. Step 1

    Describe one task

Tell us what starts it, which tools are involved, and what a better result would look like. No payment or system access needed.

  2. Step 2

    Get your free preview

See proposed deliverables, expected outcome, boundaries, acceptance criteria, fixed price, and timing. This is a scope proposal, not a complete technical design.

  3. Step 3

    Review and decide

Reply by email to request revisions, approve the written scope, or decline. There is no obligation to proceed.

  4. Step 4

    Approve, then pay

We request payment only after you approve the scope and price in writing. Sending an inquiry does not authorize a build.

  5. Step 5

    Build, test, and hand off

We build the agreed workflow, test normal and exception cases, walk you through it, and provide documentation and the agreed support period.

What you take away

A bounded automation, tested against the agreed acceptance criteria, with a walkthrough and documentation your team can use.

  • A free Scope & Outcome Preview before commitment
  • One agreed workflow and written acceptance criteria
  • Implementation after approval and payment
  • Testing, a walkthrough, and handoff documentation
  • A short support period defined in your approved scope

Scope and responsibilities

Software subscriptions, ongoing maintenance, broad discovery, full technical designs in the free preview, and work outside the approved scope are separate. Complex or ambiguous work may need an AI Opportunity Map or a larger engagement instead.

  • A named owner who can confirm the workflow and acceptance criteria
  • Approved access to the tools involved, arranged securely after scoping
  • Representative test examples and time to review the result

You keep ownership

The resulting workflow, documentation, and agreed deliverables are yours in your own accounts. Any third-party subscriptions remain your responsibility; ongoing support is optional and separately scoped.

Before you request a preview

Is the Scope & Outcome Preview really free?

Yes. You can review it, request revisions, approve it, or decline without paying. It explains the proposed deliverables and outcome, scope boundaries, acceptance criteria, timing, and fixed price. It does not include a complete technical design or broader consulting assessment.

What can a QuickBuild automate?

Possible fits include routing a form submission to a task list, creating an internal follow-up reminder, or turning a consistent spreadsheet export into a recurring report. These are examples, not completed client results. Feasibility and the package depend on your tools, access, and exceptions.

Are software fees and maintenance included?

Third-party subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are separate. The written preview identifies any expected software costs, responsibilities, handoff, and the short support period before you approve.

How is this different from an AI Opportunity Map or Build Sprint?

QuickBuilds starts with one clear problem and a bounded outcome. An AI Opportunity Map is paid discovery for uncertain or consequential work. A Focused Automation Build Sprint handles more substantial implementation. The free preview helps determine fit without replacing either engagement.

Will it change financial records or send messages automatically?

Human approval stays with financial decisions and consequential actions. Accounting and customer-facing workflows need representative testing and explicit approval boundaries in the agreed scope before anything runs live.

Free Scope & Outcome Preview

Tell us about your QuickBuild.

Describe one task, the tools involved, and the result you want. We will reply by email with next steps toward a free scope preview. You can request revisions, approve, or decline before payment. No obligation to proceed.

Please do not send anything sensitive.

We never need passwords, API keys, access tokens, customer records, or confidential files, not here, and not during an engagement. Describe the workflow in plain language. If we need to see a system, we arrange access properly, with your IT and your approval.

Would you rather talk it through? Pick a time instead of writing. The form below is just as good.

We reply from a person, not a sequence.

It helps to know whether you own this process or inherit it.

Only if you would rather talk than type, or want the optional texts below.

A rough answer is fine, and it does not commit you to anything.

Who touches it, how often it runs, where it stalls, and what happens when it goes wrong. Plain language is fine.

What would change for your team if this worked the way it should?

We reply by email within two business days.
