Text messaging (EmpowerFrame Text Updates)
If you join EmpowerFrame Text Updates, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent: when you gave it, the page you gave it on, and the exact wording you agreed to. We also keep a record of any opt-out so we can honor it.
Forms on this website that ask for a phone number, on our Book and Start Here pages, offer two separate boxes. Both are optional and unchecked, and you can check one, both, or neither:
- Service texts: appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and service updates.
- Marketing texts: marketing texts about workshops, free resources and service offers, sent only if you check the separate marketing box.
Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. You can reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@empowerframe.com.
Texts are sent through HighLevel (LeadConnector) and delivered by wireless carriers, solely to deliver our messages.
Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages. Only checking one of the text message boxes does.
The full program terms are in our Terms of Service.
What we collect
Seven forms on this website collect information: the one on the Start Here page (the same form also appears on the QuickBuilds page), the Five-Task Triage worksheet, the AI use policy template, the optional review request on the workflow cost calculator, the full-report request on the AI readiness assessment, the time-back brief on the property management automation demo, and the Business Review booking form on the Book page. Nothing else on this site collects anything, and you can read every page, use the calculator and the demo, and see your assessment score without filling in any of them. Picking a time for a call happens on Google's page, described below.
If you choose to fill in the Start Here form, you provide:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company
- Your role or title
- A phone number, only if you choose to give one (the field is optional)
- Your choice on each of the two optional text message boxes, described above
- Optionally, what kind of help you are looking for
- A description of the workflow causing friction
- A description of what a better outcome would look like
- How your visit started, described under Tracking below
The free tools
To create a tailored AI use policy, you provide your name, work email address, and company, the AI tools you choose from a list, optionally one other tool name, the kind of sensitive information your business handles, optionally the job title of the person who owns the policy, and your agreement that we may contact you. The policy is built in your browser from those choices and is not stored by this website.
The workflow cost calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing. If you choose to ask for a review, you provide your name, work email address, and company, the numbers you entered into the calculator, and your agreement that we may contact you.
The AI readiness assessment scores your answers in your browser and sends nothing. If you ask for the full report, you provide your name, work email address, and company, your answer to each of the ten questions, and your agreement that we may contact you.
The property management automation demo runs in your browser and sends nothing. If you ask for a time-back brief, you provide your name, work email address, and company, the numbers and choices you entered into the demo (homes and units managed, managers on staff, request types, systems used, software names, the task you would hand off first, and the hours estimates shown), and your agreement that we may contact you.
These forms also carry how your visit started, described under Tracking below.
The Business Review booking form
To book a Business Review on the Book page, you provide your first and last name, your business name, and your email address, and optionally your mobile phone number. The form also offers the two optional text message boxes described above. Booking works the same whether or not you give a phone number or check either box. This form also carries how your visit started, described under Tracking below.
The Five-Task Triage worksheet
If you choose to fill in the worksheet, you provide:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company
- Your role, only if you choose to give one. The field is optional.
- Your team size, only if you choose to give one. The field is optional.
- Up to five short descriptions of recurring tasks, each with how often it happens, roughly how long it takes, and which lane you would put it in
- An optional note about which task takes the most attention
- Your agreement that we may contact you about the request. The form will not submit without it.
- Campaign attribution carried in the link you arrived on. It records where the link was published, not who you are, and it is reduced to plain letters, digits, dots, dashes, and underscores before we store or send it.
What we ask you not to send
Please do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, customer records, or confidential files in the form. We never need them. The form actively checks for credential-shaped text and refuses the submission rather than accepting it, but that check is a safety net rather than a substitute for care. The reliable protection is not sending them at all.
Where it goes
A submission is sent as an email to an EmpowerFrame mailbox, using Resend as the email delivery provider and Google Workspace for the mailbox itself. Both companies process the message in order to deliver and store that email, under their own terms.
This website does not store submissions in its own database. It has no database. We also store your name, email address, and company as a contact in HighLevel, our customer relationship management provider. If you check either text message box, your phone number and your consent record are stored with that contact too. The detailed request remains in the EmpowerFrame mailbox; it is not copied into HighLevel.
Replying to that email replies to you directly, because the message is set to reply to the address you provided.
Logs
Our application writes short operational records so we can tell whether email delivery and contact sync worked. They contain the event, which form it came from, the email provider's message identifier, and any failure reason or CRM response status. A worksheet submission also records the campaign tag from the link and the time it was received. They deliberately contain no name, company, role, email address, phone number, task description, or message content.
Separately, our hosting and email providers keep their own operational logs as part of running the service. Those are standard technical records (things like requests and delivery events) and they are governed by those providers, not by us.
Booking a call and social links
This website links to a Google Calendar appointment page where you can book a 20-minute call. That page is run by Google, opens in a new tab, and is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. What you enter there goes to EmpowerFrame and Google. This website does not receive or store it.
The footer links to our profiles on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X. Each opens in a new tab and is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. Following a link is your choice, and this website sends nothing to them.
Tracking
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies for this, and it does not follow you across other websites. It records which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from (the referring site and country), and the type of browser and device. It also records a small set of events, such as a successful form submission, a click on the call booking link, or a click on the recommended next step inside a guide (which guide, and which page it pointed to). It never records what you type into a form, and an event carries no name, email address, phone number, or message.
When a visit begins, the site notes in your browser's session storage the first page you opened, the website that linked you here (its name only, such as google.com), and any campaign tags on that first link. This is not a cookie, it is never sent anywhere on its own, and your browser clears it when you close the tab. If you submit one of the forms, it travels with your submission, together with the page the form was on, so we know which page or campaign led to the conversation. It is reduced to plain letters, digits, and simple punctuation first, and it is not written to our logs.
This website does not run advertising or any other tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than an outside font service.
Retention and security
We keep what you send for as long as we need it to work with you and keep reasonable business records, or until you ask us to delete it. We keep a record of your text message consent and any opt-out for as long as we need it to honor your choice.
This website is served only over encrypted connections. What you send is held by the providers named on this page, and access is limited to EmpowerFrame.
Access, correction, and deletion
Email privacy@empowerframe.com and tell us what you would like. We will find what we hold about you, and we will correct it or delete it on request. This includes the message and any reply thread in our mailbox, and the contact in HighLevel.
You can also ask us what we hold without asking us to change anything.
Changes
As EmpowerFrame adds capability to this website (a client system, for example), this page will be updated to describe it before that capability goes live, and the effective date at the top will change.
