SMS Messaging Terms (EmpowerFrame Text Updates)

  1. Program description: EmpowerFrame Text Updates is run by Mufasa Investments, LLC d/b/a EmpowerFrame. We send appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and service updates to people who check the service box, and marketing texts about workshops, free resources and service offers only to people who check the separate marketing box, on the forms at https://www.empowerframe.com/book and https://www.empowerframe.com/start-here. Consent is optional. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
  2. Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out. You can reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages unless you opt in again.
  3. Help: Reply HELP for help, or email hello@empowerframe.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  6. You must be 18 or older to opt in.
  7. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. The triage worksheet leads to a short task-triage conversation. It is not a process redesign and it is not a commitment to any particular result.
